Hollywood Style lindy:
Hollywood "Smooth" Style Lindy is a style of lindy prominent in the movies of the swing era (30's to the 50's). It was most popular on the West Coast. It is fast footwork and smoothness that makes this style rule!!

Balboa and Collegiate Shag:
Savoy style lindy is the style that got its name from the Savoy Ballroom in Harlem in during the swing era. Legends such as Frankie Manning and Norma Miller dance this style. This style consists of many different types of steps and moves ranging from basic 6 count steps to complicated 8 count whips and charleston. The goal is to get out and have a bunch of fun on the dance floor!!!
